Anutra-size Your Diet in 7 Easy Steps
The Anutra-sizing diet makes it quick and easy to jump-start your healthy weight loss program. It will greatly increase your energy, stamina and overall wellness. Here is all you need:
1. Reduce your meat consumption by 10%
2. Replace cow’s milk with your favorite vegetable milk product.
3. Replace regular dairy products with your favorite dairy alternative.
4. Eat a low fat diet with no more than 25% of your total daily caloric intake derived from fats. Avoid saturated fat and trans-fatty acids.
5. Eat fruits, vegetables and other plant-based proteins (five or more servings a day).
6. Exercise at least 20 minutes every day.

Breakfast & Lunch
Make an Anutra-sizer smoothie (295 calories).
1 cup low-fat milk
1 cup of your favorite fruit juice
2 Tbsp. Whole Grain Anutra

Take a high-quality multi-vitamin with your Anutra-sizer breakfast. This is not a necessity, but it does add nutritional assurances. Total calories for breakfast & lunch, including two servings of fruit, is approximately 790 calories. Drink plenty of water and try to drink up to 8 glasses. Drink one of these glasses after each Anutra-sizer.
Dinner
For women under 250 lbs., you can consume 450 calories at dinner for a total of approximately 1,200 daily calories. For men under 250 lbs., you can consume 650 calories at dinner for a total of approximately 1,400 daily calories. Anutra gel is perfect for baking breads, pizza dough, muffins, pancakes, salad dressings, mayonnaise, nut butters, jams, jellies, gravies, puddings, desserts and much more. Adding Anutra gel to any of the non-baked foods listed above will give the product a smooth texture while leaving the flavor intact. To make Anutra gel use 9 parts of purified water to one part Anutra (by weight). One pound of Anutra will make 10 pounds of Anutra gel.
